This Refund Policy applies to all purchases, subscriptions, trials, and memberships offered by Options Cashflow, including access to our private Discord community, educational materials, alerts, and digital content.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the immediate delivery of digital content and access to proprietary information, all payments are final and non-refundable.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time
• No exceptions will be made for forgetting to cancel before renewal

This policy applies to:

• Membership fees
• Trial conversions
• Annual renewals
• Subscription upgrades

2. Digital Service Acknowledgment

Upon payment, you receive instant access to:

• Private Discord channels
• Educational content
• Market commentary
• Community resources

Because this access cannot be returned, refunds are not possible.

3. Trial Period

If a trial is offered:

• You may cancel anytime during the trial
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will be automatically charged the full subscription amount
• No refunds will be issued after the trial converts to a paid subscription

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancellation.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback for a valid subscription violates this policy.

If a chargeback is filed:

• Your Discord access will be immediately revoked
• We will submit evidence to Stripe including:

• IP address
• Device fingerprint
• Discord login logs
• Access timestamps
• Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
• Proof of digital delivery

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

We encourage you to contact us directly with any concerns before disputing a charge.

5. Subscription Management

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation:

• Prevents future charges
• Does not trigger a refund
• Does not grant prorated refunds

Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Billing Errors

If you believe a billing error occurred:

• Contact us within 7 days
• We will investigate and correct any verified errors

This does not apply to:

• Forgetting to cancel
• Not using the service
• Changing your mind

7. Agreement

By subscribing, you confirm that:

• You have read and agree to this Refund Policy
• You understand this is a digital, non-refundable service
• You authorize recurring billing through Stripe

If you do not agree, do not subscribe.
