Options Cashflow (“we”, “our”, “the Company”) provides educational content, market commentary, community access, and trading-related insights through a private Discord server. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or brokerage services.

2. No Financial Advice
By subscribing, you acknowledge that:
• We are not financial advisors
• We do not provide personalized investment advice
• Trading involves substantial risk
• You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions
You agree to consult a licensed financial professional before making any investment decisions.
3. Subscription & Billing
By signing up, you authorize:
• A 30-day trial (if applicable)
• Automatic billing of $3,500 annually after the trial ends
• Recurring charges until you cancel
All payments are processed securely through Stripe via Upgrade.Chat.
4. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate access to proprietary content, all sales are final.
You agree that:
• No refunds will be issued for any reason
• Chargebacks are not permitted
• Any disputes must be resolved directly with us
Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:
• Immediate removal from the Discord server
• Submission of evidence to Stripe (including login logs, IP address, access history, and acceptance of these Terms)
5. Discord Access
Upon successful payment:
• You will receive access to the private Discord server
• Access continues as long as your subscription remains active
If payment fails, is canceled, or is disputed, access will be automatically revoked.
You agree not to:
• Share your login
• Copy, distribute, or resell any content
• Harass or abuse other members
Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.
6. Trial Terms
• You will not be charged during the trial period
• You may cancel anytime before the trial ends
If you do not cancel, your card will be automatically charged the full annual fee.
No refunds will be issued after the trial converts to a paid subscription.
7. Results Disclaimer
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• We make no guarantees of profit, accuracy, or performance
You understand that:
• Trading involves risk
• You may lose money
• You assume full responsibility for your actions
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
• Losses from trading
• Missed alerts
• Technical issues
• Discord outages
• Market volatility
Your use of the service is at your own risk.
9. Agreement
By subscribing, you confirm that:
• You have read and agree to these Terms
• You are at least 18 years old
• You understand this is a digital, non-refundable service
• You authorize recurring billing
If you do not agree, do not subscribe.
